Founded just outside of Boston in 1986, Kettle Cuisine handcrafts small batch, all natural soups from scratch for restaurants, foodservice operators and grocery retailers who take pride in the food they share with their guests. Sourcing only the finest ingredients from trusted purveyors, we make soup the traditional way, using artisan techniques that honor each ingredient, building flavor slowly for an unforgettable taste.  In 2016, Kettle Cuisine acquired Del Monaco Foods in Morgan Hill, California, creating the first coast-to-coast fresh soup supplier in the U.S. Now with two state-of-the-art, custom kitchens, we are positioned to stay true to our artisan cooking roots while servicing customers delicious refrigerated and frozen soup at scale across the country.
